Andrew hates being on his stomach, but we need to do it because the back of his head has been getting flat. The best pay to pacify him is to play and give him an occasional tickle while on his stomach. He enjoys it in short doses, and does manage to laugh a bit.

Piper decided to tolerate Andrew long enough to take this picture. Now that Andrew can reach and touch, and the dogs are a favorite object, Bailey and Piper steer clear of him.

However, the exception to this rule is when Andrew is upset and crying. In that case, the dogs run up to Andrew and begin licking his face uncontrollably.

Andrew likes to sit on his own quite a bit now. Unfortunately, he often falls backward, and his head gets a good whack on the floor.

A favorite past time of Andrew is to watch the dogs play. He's really a fairly serious baby. He doesn't laugh much and tends to study things around him.

To all of those wondering ... no, he is not standing on his own in this picture. He's been standing with a little support since he was two months, but he doesn't have enough balance to stand on his own. I'm actually holding the back of his overalls in this picture.
